The bathroom is state-of-the-art, with bathtub and shower above the tub, both of them with hydromassage whirlpool.
The kitchen is not a kitchenette but a separate room, with cooker, oven, refrigerator, dish-washer and complete with utensils, even electric kettle (not normally found in Italian houses), and crockery. Next to it is the dining room. From the kitchen you walk out onto a balcony containing a washing machine and a washstand, and overlooking an inner garden and court.

The apartment is close to the shopping and services hub of Viareggio, with just around the corner from it the Via Garibaldi, home to all banks in Viareggio and many shops. It’s close to the town’s big main street market, post office, pharmacies and all sorts of services.

On your doorstep are/Not least, the apartment’s location/address, Piazza D’Azeglio, is where buses and coaches to Tuscany’s major cities of art depart and arrive, including Florence, Pisa and Lucca, the last two being just half an hour’s drive from Viareggio while Florence is an hour’s drive.
Last but not least, Giardini del Mare Apartment is 3 minutes’ walk from Viareggio’s port, pier and the huge yacht harbour, where many leisure boats are kept. Viareggio is an internationally-renowned centre for yacht building.
From the pier along the canal-harbour tourist boats to the stupendous Cinque Terre and to Portofino leave regularly.
